Therapy
I use an integrative approach drawing on various evidence-based therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT).
I offer face to face therapy in Wymondham as well as online sessions.
